Data Privacy Lawyer

Are you an experienced Data Privacy Lawyer looking to play a leading role in a City law firm?

You'll need to be a 3-4 PQE Data Privacy Lawyer who is experienced in drafting and advising on a wide range of technology, outsourcing and commercial contracts, particularly in relation to data protection and GDPR.

The firm prides themselves on their excellent client service. They have an outstanding reputation, particularly for public sector work. Within this space, their client base covers local authorities, central government bodies and contracting authorities.

What You Will Need
* 3-4 PQE, UK qualified Data Privacy Lawyer
* Commercial contracts experience included drafting and negotiating IT agreements;
* GDPR Specialist
* Experience of public procurement law and the application of Public Contract Regulations 2015 is highly desirable

The Role
* Drafting, advising, reviewing and negotiation on a range of contracts, supplier agreements and confidentiality agreements
* Advising businesses on responding to and mitigating data protection breaches
* Assisting businesses with GDPR compliance
