THE FIRM

The City office of a global law firm.

THE ROLE

A corporate associate at mid or senior level with at least 4pqe is now sought to join a collaborative team environment where your contribution and expertise will be truly valued and you will be given the chance to develop your corporate career within a global law firm, which offers clear progression opportunities.

The firm is interested in considering candidates if they have ECM experience and would be interested in a role that is more ECM focused (with a combination of general M&A work too).

The team's pipeline of work is incredibly strong, so you will be joining at a great time to work on a range of high-profile, corporate matters

The firm's corporate solicitors advise UK and international public and private companies, including numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies as well as financial institutions, private companies and entrepreneurs on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions.

The firm is consistently recognised among the top ranked legal M&A practices for multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions.

Its aim is to build long-term relationships with clients and help them achieve their corporate objectives.

You will be working with some well-respected partners, nationally and internationally and part of a team that encourages personal skill development and growth, which the firm believes really stands out from the rest of the market.

This is an exciting time to join this firm with the opportunity for involvement in a varied workload with plenty of direct client contact.

ABOUT YOU

The role will suit an outgoing person with a commercial attitude along with a confident and proactive approach, good people skills, the ability to work as a team player and evidence of ability to network.

There will be the potential for individual advancement within the team and candidates should expect excellent quality of work in a culture which encourages leadership and involvement with the business and its clients.

You will demonstrate a strong interest in corporate matters and should have excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work and take initiative.

Ideally, you will be coming from a well-recognised international, national or regional practice and will thrive in a collaborative team environment.
