A new vacancy has arisen for a legal assistant/law graduate to join a well respected personal injury law firm in Newton-le-Willows.
You will be working as a legal assistant within the stage one team dealing with personal injury claims at the initial stages.
The firm can offer full training and genuine long term progression. You will be required to have a keen interest in pursuing a career in personal injury.
You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as you will have contact with clients over the phone and in writing on a daily basis.
Duties include:

- Dealing with the initial stage of a personal injury claim and acting as the first point of contact
- Submitting claim notification forms via the MOJ Portal
- Instructing medical experts
- Dealing with liability responses
- Providing clients with updates.
