An excellent opportunity now exists for an Associate to join an Elite US Law Firm’s leading leveraged finance team in London.

The joining Leveraged Finance Associate will become part of the firm’s leading Banking practice. The successful Leveraged Finance Solicitor will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and will ideally come from a leading banking practice at a top UK or US law firm. This individual is also likely to have outstanding academics. Those with a keen interest in leveraged finance are encouraged to apply.

The team advise on capital leveraged financings acting for creditors, corporate borrowers, mid-market PE borrowers, credit funds/hedge funds in special situations lending and the direct lending space.

The role will suit a driven, ambitious individual looking to develop their career at a leading practice.

The joining Leveraged Finance Solicitor can expect the following:
