Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager role in international law firm, paying £65,000 - £80,000 DOE, London

The Client Relationship Manager manages this international law firm’s relationship with one of its key technology clients, focusing on growth. Working closely with the key client team partners and Director on strengthening and expanding the relationship with this client. This involves:

• Collecting and analysing data, providing actionable recommendations;
• Identifying opportunities to expand work for the key client;
• Creating plans for targeting and developing relationships;
• Building infrastructure across the key client team, including capturing client information and relationship investment.

The firm is looking for a candidate with considerable client relationship management experience in a professional services environment. Experience in the technology sector/with technology clients is desirable. You will have strong client orientation and be willing to learn and develop knowledge of the firm’s key client and firm itself.
