Legal 200 firm in Oxfordshire seeks a talented Agriculture/Commercial Property Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining our client’s Lexcel accredited practice located in Oxford, the successful applicant will handle a complex caseload of agricultural and commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
• Commercial/agricultural property transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisition and disposal
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions
The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with 2 – 5 years’ PQE
• Experience in general commercial property is essential
• Agricultural experience is desired
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• A strong team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
