Real Estate Associate

This notable West End law firm are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their extremely busy London office.

As a part of this team you will routinely advise investors, developers and occupiers on matters spanning leasing and management, complex structuring and purchases. The client base includes sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors and banks. Recently, the team has advised on some major landmark developments within London, as well as assisting developers nationally. The firm act mostly for landlords.

Applications are invited from real estate solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' post qualified experience. You should be able to demonstrate a strong track record within commercial property matters as well as evidencing sound drafting skills and a highly commercial approach.
