This Yorkshire based firm, with a national presence and over 12 offices in the region, is providing a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new build conveyancer.
The firm based in Leeds has a specialist team of new build conveyancers who has the knowledge and expertise to make the new build purchase a smooth and stress-free experience. They are currently looking to strengthen this team with a new hire.
The role arises as part of a wide strategic aim to grow the department and you will be working closely with other senior conveyancers. There is a real sense of everyone working together for the common goal.
You may be frustrated at your route to progression or the investment in you to grow, however, this firm is able to offer this, bringing you in at senior level and providing you with senior level opportunities, not only to fee earn but to mentor junior members of staff. They offer outstanding routes to progress and motivate their staff.
The firm is looking for a senior new build conveyancer to sit within the new build team offering technical support for the more junior conveyancers and dealing with National Housebuilder referrers. In return, there is an attractive salary and benefits package on offer.
