There is an opportunity at Pro-Legal to join an established legal team and lead from the front. The Legal Private Practice team has a fantastic reputation in the market, and we are on many PSL's across Magic and Silver Circle, US and boutique law firms. The processes are already in place and the team are a stable and hard-working group, some of whom have a good knowledge of the legal market and can demonstrate previous success, others are newer to recruitment but have strong career ahead of them. For a Recruitment Manager coming into Pro-Legal this is a great team to lead.

Within your role as Legal Recruitment Manager you will really get the opportunity to develop staff whilst still having exposure to a full management training programme. Your earning potential will be based on both your personal billing as well as profit share for the team. You will be able to really shine in this role and make it your own.
