A well organised and structured law firm with secure sources of work is now looking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer to join a busy, close knit team in Stamford, South Lincolnshire.
The case will be varied, encompassing high net worth property transactions but also standard sale and purchase matters and new build matters on behalf of national homebuilder clients. The work is plentiful and you will find here a supportive environment together with modern case management systems and administrative support.
This is a high street firm with a family feel to it and people tend to say for the long term.
Working underneath a Head of Department, you will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed residential conveyancer who can handle files from start through to post-completion.
Within this role, you will receive regular client contact from clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage brokers in regards to conveyancing matters.
This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated conveyancing fee earner. You will be motivated by working on a range of matters including sales, purchases, right to buy, leases, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and more.
Applications from relocators will be considered, however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the South Lincolnshire area.
