The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their flourishing head office based in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm is growing its Real Estate team and it is one of their fastest growing departments, you will be at the forefront of this highly successful team.

The firm has a highly successful Real Estate department. You will join a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs, SME, OMB and tech start-ups.

The firm has a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own caseload of leasehold reform work e. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least six years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE as the firm are seeking to hire at the junior and senior ends)
• You should have good experience of running your own leasehold enfranchisement caseload
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• Be an excellent communicator
• You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
• It is essential you are commercially minded and a "rain maker"
• Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
