The Role

This firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join their bustling Corporate team in Camberley, Surrey.

You will support the corporate team, preparing, amending and managing corporate transaction documents. You will have strong experience in a corporate legal setting, and good drafting skills.

You will ideally have a strong foundation of experience in drafting:

• Share Purchase Agreements
• Shareholders/investors' agreements
• Company secretarial documents

You will be highly organised, driven and have a flexible approach to working.
