PROPERTY LITIGATION SENIOR ASSOCIATE - MANCHESTER
Property Litigation Senior Associate Manchester - Exciting opportunity for an experienced property litigator looking to further their career with a leading top 100 firm. The role offers exposure to a fantastic quality of work within a very supportive and positive culture. Ideally, they are looking for strong technical applicants with the beginnings of a solid network in Manchester or the broader North West.

- Previous experience: Strong experience in property litigation covering a range of work including Landlord and Tenant disputes, contractual disputes; dilapidations etc. Any managerial or team leading experience would also be useful.

The culture is highly supportive with an emphasis on nurturing and developing talent. Many of the department have been promoted internally and this is the first lateral hire for some time.
THE IDEAL RECRUIT
You should be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate, from a respected firm. Ideally, as well as having experience of a broad spectrum of work, you should have some experience of managing and nurturing more inexperienced fee earners, though this is not absolutely necessary.
You will also assist a Partner with their caseload high-value complex property litigation, whilst also advising clients on strategy and how to effectively de-risk their property portfolios as much as possible.
