Experienced Community Care/Education Senior Solicitor sought for a Lexcel accredited firm in West Yorkshire.
Our client, leading practice in Leeds, has been actively seeking a talented and driven Community Care/Education Senior Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis. The right candidate may be offered a supervisor or deputy head position.
Responsibilities
• Providing legal advice
• Representing clients
• Special educational needs
• Disputes with universities, schools and education providers
• Appeals and tribunals
• Discrimination
• Student finance
• Bullying
• School transport
• Judicial review
The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
• Previous experience in educational and community care matters gained within a reputable firm
• Excellent client care skills
• IT proficiency
• Excelling in time management
