This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer to work for an established full service law firm in Hastings.
As a residential conveyancer, you will run your own caseload under supervision which will be a varied mix of residential property files including sales and purchases, leasehold, freehold, equity release, remortgages etc.
The firm will consider qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or non-qualified conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience running your own caseload.
