Corporate Lawyer

Corporate Lawyer – M&A – Venture Capital - Private Equity – 2-6pqe  – London 

The Corporate team of our client's highly ambitious and fast growing international Corporate group is interested in talented mid/senior level Corporate associates with 2-6 years corporate experience.
This role will have a focus on work for venture capital clients, being both venture capital investment work as well as mergers and acquisitions of venture capital backed companies. 

The team offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
  
You will be offered excellent training and development in a supportive environment. We have made several placements with this firm recently.
