An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required to join a reputable firm in Lincoln on a permanent basis. This team possesses fantastic local knowledge with a drive to maintain their reputation for excellence in the marketplace.
The Role
In this Residential Conveyancer role, you will be handling a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Surrenders
- New builds
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of title
You will also be required to assist in the successful development of the firm in line with business plans and provide support to colleagues on a daily basis.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer with:
- Experience as a Residential Conveyancer with excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- The ability to provide a first class client service, keeping them informed and guiding them through the process
