An exciting opportunity has arisen for a restructuring & insolvency solicitor to join this top international firm in their central London office.
You will be joining the highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency Team which is a multi-jurisdiction departmental group with teams based in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
You will be acting for all stakeholders including banks and other financial institutions, officeholders, corporates, pension trustees and directors.
You will advise across the spectrum of restructuring & insolvency matters, from non-contentious debt restructurings, general advisory mandates and insolvency litigation.
You will have at least one years experience of managing a varied restructuring & insolvency caseload at a highly regarded firm. You should be an ambitious solicitor looking to take the next step in your career by joining this top international firm with 10 offices worldwide.
