What You'll Need

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Excellent academics

• Ideally 2-6 PQE, which will have been gained at another international or leading regional firm.

• Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.

• Candidates must have a range of funds finance experience.

• Experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and ideally the ability to lead deals in a friendly, collegiate environment.

The Team

The international banking team operates as a global fully-integrated practice acting for banks, government agencies and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative transactions worldwide. Our expertise, includes acquisition and bid finance, real estate finance, structured finance, syndicated finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings.

The team works to ensure that banking transactions proceed quickly and effectively, with a minimum of fuss. Their position as a world class law firm, with a finance practice covering all facets of debt, structured lending and securities issues, enables us to put any transaction into the right context and provide the services which are appropriate to it.
