The Construction Associate role will mainly consist of non-contentious construction work situated within a dedicated construction team based in London.

Description

• The Construction Associate will have a high level of client contact and will be expected to take responsibility for their workload and be proactive in their approach to the client's needs.
• Strong focus in business development for the practice.

Profile

The Construction Associate will have a proven track record in construction work including:

• Standard form contracts
• Consultant appointments
• Bonds guarantees and related interfaces including forward purchases, forward funding, agreements for lease and development finance

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of Real Estate support, Corporate support and Banking support.
