This is a new and exciting role for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing full service legal firm in Leeds. You will join a dedicated Property disputes team and work on high value, complex disputes.

The client is a modern law firm with new offices in central Leeds. The firm has a dedicated Property disputes team that works closely with the large Real Estate team. The firm can offer competitive benefits and good prospects for the successful candidate.
Description
As the Property Litigation Solicitor you will work closely with the Partner and wider team and advise on landlord and tenant disputes. This will be for commercial and residential premises and you will also deal with portfolio management work, rent arrears, disrepair claims and land disputes.
Profile
You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor who has worked in this area for a number of years. You will be confident to pick up your own caseload and have ties to Leeds.
