This is a new instruction from a leading commercial legal firm in Leeds who are looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor into their dedicated Restructuring team.
Client Details
The client is a national commercial law firm and has offices across the UK. They have a medium sized Insolvency team in Leeds that is rated by the legal directories and they can offer competitive salaries and benefits and good prospects.
Description
As the Insolvency Solicitor you will work closely with the Partner and advise on Corporate and some personal Insolvency. The caseload is acting for IP's and lenders and you will deal with asset recovery and restructuring.
Profile
You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with ties to Leeds. It is likely that you will have experience dealing with Corporate restructuring work.
