Talented Real Estate Associate sought for a leading firm in Cambridgeshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven Real Estate Associate to join our client’s busy team working in the commercial property department. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of real estate work, handling large transactions within the team and enjoying a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Development work (excluding construction)
• Property investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant issues
• General property management
• Surrenders
• Licences
• Wayleaves and easements
• Rent reviews
• Share and business acquisitions and disposals
• Property related banking and finance support

The Candidate         

• Solicitors from newly qualified to 4 years’ PQE 
• Experience within real estate gained within a reputable firm
• Excellent academics; having obtained a 2:1 classification and strong A-Levels or equivalent
• Strong communication, client care and organisational skills are required
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs is essential
• Creative problem-solving ability
