The Firm:

A multi-award winning Legal 500 National Practice, with a number of offices throughout the North West, are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their growing teams in Preston and Blackburn. The firm continue to go from strength to strength and are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth as each team invests in expansion across the North West.

The Role:

The firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their reputable and well-established Corporate Department in Preston and Blackburn. Acting for a diverse client base, the team advise on asset and share sales and acquisitions, MBO's and investment across a wide range of clients; from smaller, entrepreneurial clients to large PLC's.

Requirements:

* At least 2 years PQE is desirable but not essential

* Experience working across a range of clients of different sizes

* Strong technical expertise
