Our client, a well established firm in Leicestershire, is looking to recruit a dispute resolution locum to manage an existing caseload.
The role is due to commence in November and is expected to run for at least 2 months, maybe longer.
Assisting the Head of Department, the locum will be responsible for managing their own mixed caseload of commercial contracts, tort claims, enforcing restrictive covenants of employment / director , partnership disputes and property disputes including contentious landlord and tenant.
Applications are sought from locum Solicitors who can demonstrate a solid track record within dispute resolution / commercial litigation and who are able to work autonomously.
