Adjudicator/Dispute Resolution para-legal with flexible/part-time working

Part of this diverse business administers the deposit protection schemes for England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and due to internal promotion and expansion, there are currently opportunities to join their Adjudication/Dispute Resolutions team. Reporting to the Head of Adjudication, you will manage your own caseload of landlord/tenant disputes, reviewing evidence, resolving disputes and completing adjudication decisions and reports.

As the ideal candidate you will:

• Have an appropriate legal qualification ie a law degree and/or equivalent (LLB, LPC, Chartered Legal Executive)
• Preferably have some experience in civil litigation or at least a keen interest in this area from you degree studies
• Ideally have experience of landlord/tenant disputes is obviously advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate
• Potentially be a non-legally qualified candidate who has experience of dispute resolution within the property rental sector
• Have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret complex legal disputes
