A long established firm based in a small market town in South Hertfordshire seeks an ambitious and pragmatic Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm as a Partner.

In recent years this firm undergone a transformation in its management and operational strategy and has established itself as a modern and dynamic business, and are now looking to bring in an experienced Solicitor as Partner.

You will complement the existing management team and contribute to the ongoing growth the business whilst being given the platform to add genuine value and work with a high level of autonomy in your practice alongside like-minded individuals.

The salary for this position will be negotiable dependant on previous experience and individual requirements but promises to be highly competitive. Candidates are invited to apply to discuss their individual requirements.

Essential

• Experienced Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• Capable of working without supervision
• A genuine passion for business development with excellent knowledge of the market

Desirable

• A client following or referrer network
