A renowned/Legal 500 ranked team in Manchester is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor with experience in a defendant healthcare team as part of continued expansion.
You will be joining the healthcare team of a national, top tier, Legal 500 law firm at associate level and be responsible for providing legal advice and services to the NHS and other healthcare organisations.
You will be working alongside specialist healthcare lawyers for NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts, amongst other clients.
You will ideally be an experienced defendant clinical negligence solicitor/associate and be used to handling your own diverse caseload of clinical negligence matters, from instruction to completion.
You will be a qualified solicitor, NQ-5 years' PQE, and have a strong background in clinical negligence claims handling.
If you come from a predominantly claimant clinical negligence background you are actively encouraged to apply, as you will be given equal consideration to those from a defendant background.
Defendant clinical negligence experience at an NHS Resolution Panel firm or MPS experience would be a distinct advantage.
