A well regarded, Legal 500 ranked commercial firm in South Manchester is looking to bolster their Real Estate department with an additional commercial property senior associate or partner to take on a lead role.
The firm continues to go from strength to strength and has an excellent reputation for its commercial property work in the market. You will be working closely with a well known real estate partner who heads up the department with a loyal longstanding client base with exciting plans for growth.
You will be involved in a broad range of real estate matters both transactional and development work. The firm combines both real estate finance and development into their commercial property department, therefore, there is a good mix of work here and you will have the opportunity to focus on an area you prefer. This is a varied role encompassing fee earning, management and as the Commercial Property Senior Associate, you will be expected to play an active role in business development.
This commercial property team just outside Manchester has several ex top tier firm partners who have a real focus on quality. Therefore, this will suit someone who is looking to join a smaller team but with first class work without the constraints and hours of a national firm.
You will likely be a commercial property solicitor with a well regarded firm at either senior associate with ambitions to move up to partnership, or already a commercial property partner looking to join an established and very successful team. You will have a proven track record in all areas of commercial property work, including transactional and development work. A client following/or part-following would be highly desirable, although not essential, however, you will need to demonstrate a track record in developing contacts and work.
