Employment Solicitor

We have a new Central Government position for an Employment Solicitor. The candidate should be able to conduct Employment Litigation on behalf of a variety of Government departments. They are looking for a candidate with exceptional knowledge of Employment Law and being able to conduct a busy litigation caseload with considerable autonomy.
The candidate will have to take on a varied caseload of legal work as required including:
Employment proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals.
Advice in matters relating to Employment Law.
Liaising with key Stakeholders as required.
Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements.
Conducting settlement negotiations with opposing representatives.
Advice in matters relating to access of information and data protection.
