Private Client Locum

Private Client Locum - South West London

An established private practice law firm in South West London is looking for assistance from an experienced Private Client Locum, who also has experience with contentious probate matters.

The requirement is to start at the start of October to cover whilst they are hiring on a permanent basis. They are looking at the role being 2 months +/

The caseload consists of general private client matters including but not limited to wills, trusts, non contentious probate, contentious probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, tax etc

The non contentious probate area is desired but if you do not have lots of this experience then please feel free to apply.

Secretarial support is available.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor/Legal Executive/Fee Earner qualified by experience, with at least 5 years' experience of handling a general litigation caseload. You will need to be able to work on a largely self-sufficient basis and to hit the ground running.
