A forward thinking firm in Bristol is looking for a Commercial Associate to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
About the Role
The Commercial Associate will be joining a busy Bristol office, working across a full range of contentious and non-contentious commercial services.
This team specialise in areas including the technology sector and cyber service, as well as privacy and data protection. You will take the lead on a number of general commercial arrangements in sectors including:
- Manufacturing
- Services
- Retail
- Supply of goods
The Candidate
The firm requires a Commercial Solicitor with:
- At least 4 years’ PQE
- Good general and commercial contracts knowledge
- Experience in waste and energy, technology, digital media or retail (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
On Offer
A salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum and an attractive benefits package are on offer to the successful Commercial Solicitor.
