Real Estate Solicitor role with a growing, dynamic in-house team based in Birmingham city centre.
Values driven, altruistic employer with a real sense of community is looking to hire a real estate solicitor to join the team.
You will take responsibility for commercial property matters right across the Group portfolio including leases, licenses, L&T, CPSE's and development. There will be additional exposure to construction law therefore experience of JCT contracts would be hugely beneficial.
As well as managing day to day estates matters you will also work with external panel experts on complex, high-profile projects.
As the property lead internally, you will be a pragmatic, reliable problem-solver who is able to influence and drive change. You will have c.3-8+ years PQE gained in practice or inhouse and be looking for something a little different.
