My client a fantastic market leader within the logistics field. The company has one of the largest portfolios across Europe with regards to modern logistics and distribution. My client is the largest business within there field and has an impressive clients base such as Google and major international retail brands. This client has the majority of its projects across Western Europe and Northern Europe.

Your new role
My client is seeking an ambitious 2-5 PQE Corporate Commercial lawyer to join a team of 4 within the legal division.

• Assist the General Counsel and the UK Legal function deal with a wide range of legal, commercial, corporate and governance matters
• You will negotiate and draft commercial contracts and a wide variety of more general legal issues such as GDPR, and employment contacts
• Assist with the company designing, and improving current corporate governance
• Be able to deal with compliance issues as they arise such as KYC
• Deal with senior stakeholders within the business such as, CEO, CFO on a weekly basis
• Deal with any IP issues that may arise during the course of employment

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a 2-5PQE ( Will consider applicants outside this spectrum). You will be a UK qualified lawyer or common law qualified lawyer.
