Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor
London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client, a Top 50 City law firm for an interim Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor for 3-6 months due to an increase in workloads.
The key areas of work will include preparing and negotiating construction documentation, including consultants' appointments, building contracts based on standard forms, letters of intent, collateral warranties, third party notices, parent company guarantees and performance bonds.
The successful non-contentious construction solicitor is likely to have upwards of 2+ PQE with a relevant background gained from a Top 200 or international law firm. Experience working on JCT and NEC contracts is essential. Proven experience working for developers, investors, lenders, contractors and consultants in the following sectors: housing (including prime/super prime central London and the branded private rental sector), retail, commercial, student accommodation, education and retirement homes would be a distinct advantage.
