Senior Legal Counsel - Luxury brand - Central London.

This international luxury brand is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team based in Central London. This is a varied in house role which includes a good mix of both corporate and commercial legal work.

The type of work you can expect includes (but is not limited to); supporting the business with their growth plans primarily through M&A activity, negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts (IT, Supplier contracts, re-seller agreements, media agreements, IP, Data protection) and financing & insurance agreements. You'll also be liaising with external counsel on litigation matters as required. This is a global role and so prior international exposure would be a bonus.

This Senior Legal Counsel opportunity would suit a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE* with a strong commercial law background. Ideally you will also have some corporate experience/knowledge (particularly M&A work). Previous in house experience would be a distinct advantage.

With a competitive salary and attractive product discounts as an employee benefit, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

If you would like to discuss further, apply now for a confidential discussion.

*The years mentioned are a guide only. Candidates with equivalent experience are all invited to apply.
