We are working with a regional private practice based south of Lincolnshire who are looking to recruit a solicitor or experienced conveyancer into their team.

Description
This is an opportunity to join a growing and busy team, working alongside the Head of Department and dealing directly with developer clients.
The team is extremely busy with new build work and are looking for a residential fee-earner to come on board to work with the developer clients on their plot sales projects.
The firm is a leading regional practice and are looking for somebody who wants to work within a large regional practice.
The work is fast paced but rewarding and the team has a clear pipeline of future work.
Profile
Ideally the team is looking for somebody that has prior experience working on plot sales.
