This is an attractive opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join the well-regarded Corporate team of a Top 100 UK law firm.
Corporate Associates in the group enjoy a variety of work and get to work with a range of partners across the group giving them exposure to the full range of corporate deals: private and public M&A, ECM, PE/VC.
The team covers a range of sectors but are particularly active in Natural Resources, Technology and Real Estate. Occasionally, deals in Sports/Entertainment industries come up too.
The team is looking to hire a Corporate Associate with circa 1-2 years' PQE. Associates are given a good level of responsibility on deals and accordingly will often be the lead associate on deals, reporting directly to a partner. The firm operates a sensible approach to hours and the firm is a refreshing change to the much larger City outfits.
