Your new role
This highly regarded disputes team regularly advise both a domestic and international client base on high value and complex commercial disputes encompassing both financial markets litigation and broader commercial litigation matters, partnering closely with the firm's London team. Working as one team, they offer the best of both worlds - City quality work and the joy of living in the Southwest.

What you'll need to succeed
You will currently be working for a leading City or national practice and have experience of handling a breadth of challenging Commercial and ideally also Financial Litigation matters. This will include complex, high value disputes and investigations, and ideally contentious regulatory work. You will be used to handling complex disputes as part of a successful team and be able to work under your own initiative. Applications from both litigators in the Southwest already and those looking to move out of London without compromising on work or clients are equally invited.
