A prestigious UK firm is looking for a 3+PQE Corporate M&A Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A practice in London.
The Role:
This leading UK firm has a very responsive and commercially aware Corporate M&A practice that is noted for its deep industry knowledge.
In this Corporate M&A role, you will advise clients on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors with a focus on financial services, asset management and private equity. You will also work on governance and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Corporate M&A role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and a strong grounding in Corporate M&A.
