Your new role
Known for the departments sophisticated and commercial approach, the firms Dispute Resolution team is recognised as a leader by legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. With a new opportunity for a commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be based in the highly regarded team in the firms new Reading offices. This new position will include a broad range of commercial dispute resolution work across a range of clients from individuals to large corporate. You will run your own matters as individually and as part of the wider team for larger cases and are encouraged to develop interests and specialists in areas of work you find interesting.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have a professional approach to working and have a strong background with experience drafting, be a qualified solicitor with relevant experience working within a similarly respected Commercial Litigation department. Furthermore you will be required to have strong academics back to A level with a minimum requirement of A/B's and a 2:1 degree minimum. You should be prolific with IT skill and hold a valid Law Society Practising Certificate.
