An exciting Fintech platform are currently seeking a Legal Counsel to support their business and ambitious growth plans based from their offices in Central London.
Reporting into the Head of Legal, this is a generalist position that will include corporate transactional work as well as IT/IP data protection and Company Secretarial amongst many other areas.
This opportunity is an ideal first step in-house for a recently qualified lawyer or a move into the fintech space for someone in-house. A keen interest in the sector is a must and ideally candidates will have a secondment in-house (or be from an in-house environment). As commercial contracts form the foundation of this role, candidates must have prior commercial contracts experience. For guidance purposes only, this position will suit candidates with 0-2 years of post qualified experience.
