My law firm client in Manchester, who are also based in London, are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing Conveyancing department.

The role requires you:

- To deal with all aspects of the conveyancing process and to manage your own mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, sale and purchase transactions.

- Manage and delegate tasks to assistants accordingly and ensure files are completed efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor position would be a Solicitor, Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with previous experience of managing their own caseload in a busy conveyancing department. It is essential that you consistently provide a high quality of client care service whilst completing work accurately.
