A modern and progressive law firm is seeking an experienced Conflict Team Leader to join their innovative Leeds office.
Sacco Mann's client is committed to providing an excellent customer service. They are a leading law firm, known for their industry knowledge and tailored approach. Their offices are worldwide, meaning you will be a part of one of the largest law firms in the world.
As the Conflict Team Leader, you will be managing a group of analysts to provide a service to the whole of the international firm network. You will be required to liaise with key stakeholders and also influence others, which can include senior lawyers.
General duties as Conflict Team Leader will include:
- Conduct and analyse conflict checks within predefined service levels
- Monitoring performance and organising lead quarterly catch ups with analysts
- Recording and monitoring team absences
- Be the first point of escalation and handling any complex queries
- Auditing the team's work
- Providing training to new starters and ongoing training
- Complete team process reviews
- Provide any assistance to the wider Risk Teams dealing with routine queries
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a similar position at a law firm. You will have a calm and professional manner and be able to respond positively to change and new challenges. This role requires logical thinking and the ability to prioritise.
