Due to their continued success and expansion, this leading Newcastle-based law firm is looking for a personal injury fee earner to join its highly successful Part 7 Fraud team.
This firm has worked hard on creating its outstanding reputation through its professional and friendly service. This is your chance to join an award-winning firm and industry leader.
You will be an integral member of the Part 7 Fraud Team, where you will be dealing with fraud, LVI and liability admitted and disputed RTA claims.
You will be handling your own caseload of fraud and personal injury matters whilst liaising with external third parties such as hire companies, medical agencies and insurance brokers.
To be considered for this role, you will either be a qualified solicitor or a legal executive with significant experience of dealing with a personal injury caseload. You will ideally have at least 12 months' exposure dealing with fraud matters. Candidates will be considered from both claimant/defendant backgrounds.
