Locum Property Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Property Solicitor for a Local Authority based in the Bedfordshire.
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months but there is a strong possibility that this will be extended. This is a full-time position; however part time applicants are encouraged to apply if they retain the relevant experience. Previous experience working within a Local Authority is essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:
• Dealing with a variety of aspects of commercial property law
• Drafting and advising on granting new leases, assignments, licenses, deeds of variation and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act
• Dealing with land registration matters
• Dealing with day to day general legal queries relating to property matters

This role is offering between £35 - £45 per hour dependent upon experience.
