A Top 100, full-service law firm in the centre of Cardiff is looking for a Conveyancer to join their residential property team for a full-time, permanent role.

Your new role

This leading law firm in Cardiff is looking for a Residential Conveyancing professional to deal with a varied and interesting caseload of 'out of the ordinary' conveyancing files.

Within the re-mortgage arm of the firm, you will work alongside the conveyancing teams to support on matters such as:

• Shared ownership
• Staircasing
• Help to buy
• High value and portfolio files

Candidate profile

The firm looks to hire a Conveyancer who demonstrates:

• Experience handling a caseload of residential property files
• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
• Experience working on shared ownership

While a qualification is not required for this role, it will be advantageous to your application should you demonstrate one.
