Family Solicitor/ Associate

My client is one of the UK's fastest growing independent law firms, offering a comprehensive range of services for businesses and individual clients. It has more than 200 members of staff, including over 80 lawyers and 40 partners, who act for many international and national household brand names and a variety of individual clients throughout the UK. The firm now operate out of six locations, with permanent offices throughout Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

This Top 150 Law firm have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their award winning and highly established Family department based from Winchester. As a Family Solicitor within the team, you will be part of a growing office and thriving department who pride themselves on their strong culture and quality of work.

The ideal Family Solicitor will have gained experience in all aspects of family law including:

• Divorce
• Separation
• Financial provision
• Private children

A member of Resolution and ideally collaborative or mediation trained, although this is not essential.

The successful individual will help to support the existing team, in offering a high quality client focused service to our extensive client base. You will also need to take an active role in marketing and business development so should have experience in this area in order to expand and develop this area of work in the Winchester office.
