Conveyancer

A talented Conveyancer is required to join the residential property team of a full-service law firm in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. While this is a permanent, full-time conveyancing opportunity, flexible working may be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

In a role newly created due to a successful 2019, the Residential Conveyancer will be joining a friendly, supportive team of experienced lawyers at an exciting time. This Residential Conveyancing role will involve:

• Working on a varied caseload of quality residential matters
• Gaining exposure to sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, new builds, shared ownership, transfer of equity, unregistered properties
• Responsibility for a caseload of transactions with support from an experienced conveyancing assistant

Candidate Profile

The firm looks to hire a Conveyancer who demonstrates:

• 2 years of PQE as a Residential Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
• Experience handling a wide variety of residential conveyancing matters, especially sales and purchase
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Previous experience of a case management system
