Our client is a Chambers Listed Legal 500 law firm based in Reading.
The practice is seeking a newly qualified family solicitor to join the partner lead team of 5 fee earners. The department pride themselves on having developed long-lasting relationships with an array of medium-high net worth clients and family businesses.
As a newly qualified family solicitor, you will join the team advising on an array of family matters. You will have completed a strong seat during your training contract, having dealt with Divorce, Private Children Act proceedings, medium to high-value matrimonial finance, cohabitation disputes and some non-contentious matters which include drafting cohabitation agreements, deeds of separation, pre and post-nuptial agreements.
You will be enthusiastic, IT literate, have a good eye for detail and take pride in the quality of service you provide.
